Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Use of the website www.equinotec.pt implies acceptance of the clauses presented in the General Conditions (in their current version) at the time of access. If you do not accept these terms, you should not access the site, as by using it you automatically commit to respecting the conditions set forth in this document.
If the present General Conditions are not complied with, Equinotec reserves the right to take legal action as provided by law.
Equinotec reserves the right to change these General Conditions without any prior notice. The user is bound by the version of the General Conditions in effect at the time of use, so periodic consultation is recommended.
User Registration
To access the Equinotec Online Store, the user must first register on the website.
For business users, access to resale conditions is subject to the submission of a specific registration form and its validation by Equinotec. Access will only be granted after this validation.
During the registration process, the user must fill out a form with the required fields, thereby authorizing Equinotec to store a “cookie” on their device for the purpose of optimizing the browsing experience.
All information provided by the user must be true, accurate, and up to date. The user is solely responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the provision of incorrect or false information, whether to Equinotec or to third parties.
The access password assigned to the customer is personal and non-transferable. The user undertakes to keep their password confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. In case of forgotten or lost password, the user must use the “Recover Password” feature available on the website.
Equinotec declines any responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use of the password associated with the user’s account.
Product Presentation
The sale prices shown on the Equinotec website are in Euros and do not include taxes and fees, which are calculated at checkout.
For customers with special reseller prices, once their registration is validated, they will have access to the agreed prices as recorded in Equinotec’s system.

Equinotec reserves the right to change its prices at any time. In the event of a price change, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
All campaigns and promotions are subject to stock availability and cannot be combined.
The price displayed in the online store may not match the prices charged in physical stores.
Pricing and Commercial Conditions
The sale prices displayed on the Equinotec website are shown in Euros (€) and do not include taxes or fees, which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Customers with special resale conditions will have access to their agreed prices after registration is validated, and will then see the personalized pricing within the Equinotec system.
Equinotec reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. However, orders will always be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time they are finalized.
All promotional campaigns and discounts are subject to stock availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
The prices displayed in the online store may differ from those applied in physical stores.
Promotions
Prices exclusive to the online store. Promotions valid during the indicated campaign period, unless out of stock.
Active Coupons
The “Welcome” coupon campaign is valid for purchases made on equinotec.pt starting from June 1, 2025, and is limited to five uses per customer. The 1% discount is applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions. This campaign is intended for registered customers.
Equinotec reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign, for justified reasons, without prior notice.
Secure Payment
Payment can be made via MB Way, ATM service payment (Multibanco), or Payshop.
For greater convenience and security, Equinotec has partnered with Ifthen to manage payment methods.

Multibanco reference
The customer must complete the payment at an ATM or via home banking using the provided details (entity / reference / amount). Payment validation through the Multibanco network takes 1 to 2 days.
MB Way
With MB WAY, the customer can pay for their order using the mobile phone number associated with the service. Orders paid via MB WAY are automatically cancelled if not completed within 5 minutes. Payments made through MB WAY do not require proof of payment to be sent.
Payshop
PayShop is a payment method that allows secure and free payments to be made at retail locations equipped with the system.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. The preparation and transit times mentioned below refer to business days (excluding public holidays).Preparation and Shipping Times:
Orders are shipped on the next business day after the order is received. Transit time ranges from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
This timeframe may be affected by unforeseen incidents or force majeure, which means delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Equinotec’s control or management.
Limitation of Liability
The User acknowledges that the use of any website may not be 100% secure, and that there is a possibility that information sent or received could be intercepted by unauthorized parties.
Equinotec is not responsible for communication security failures (bugs, errors, technical issues, problems, or other limitations) and assumes no liability for the misuse of your information by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equinotec excludes all direct or indirect liability arising from the use of the website.
Intellectual Property Protection
The content of the website is the property of Equinotec – Soluções de Engenharia, Unipessoal, Lda., or its contractors or partners.
Intellectual Property laws grant Equinotec exclusive rights over the aforementioned content; therefore, any partial or total reproduction of the content, by any means and on any medium, is subject to prior and explicit authorization from Equinotec.
