Bosch Rexroth recently launched the VarioFlow Belt, a modular conveyor system designed to handle delicate products in sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical, and healthcare. Its surface, made of fine, level belts, is ideal for packaged products as well as large-format packaging.
Increase Production with the Varioflow Belt
This system stands out for its flexibility, allowing curves on both sides with a single belt, and the ability to configure custom layouts thanks to its modular design. Additionally, it enables the implementation of customized belt widths, with essential complementary components for conveying.
With just a single drive unit, the VarioFlow Belt enables conveyor sections up to 30 meters and can reach speeds of up to 40 meters per minute, optimizing material transport efficiency in production.
Integration with MTpro software facilitates the planning and configuration of the conveyor system, allowing quick determination of the maximum chain pull force and the required torque, ensuring efficient performance tailored to specific production needs.
